Grievance Redressal Policy for Internal Evaluation
  • Naipunnya School of Management, Cherthala (NSMC), a project of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly, was established in 2003. In the classical language Sanskrit, Naipunnya means ‘expertise’ or ‘mastery’. Naipunnya, as the namesignifies, aims at professionalism, discipline and holistic development of the students. At NSMC, we are dedicated to providing an educational environment that is fair, transparent, and supportive of all students' academic pursuits. The Grievance Redressal Policy for Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) is an integral part of this commitment, designed to ensure that students have a clear and equitable process for addressing concerns related to their internal assessments and evaluations. Continuous Internal Evaluation is a crucial component of our academic framework, aimed at fostering consistent and comprehensive assessment of students' progress throughout their course of study. It is essential that this process is perceived as just and unbiased, allowing students to fully trust in the academic integrity of their evaluations. To this end, we have established a structured Grievance Redressal Policy to address any issues that may arise during the CIE process. By implementing this policy, Naipunnya College strives to maintain a high standard of academic fairness and integrity, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in an environment that respects and values their academic efforts. We believe that a robust grievance redressal mechanism is essential for fostering trust and confidence among our students in the Continuous Internal Evaluation system.
