The Anti-Ragging Cell at Naipunnya School of Management is dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students by preventing and addressing instances of ragging. Any form of harassment or intimidation, known as ragging, is strictly prohibited at our institution. The Anti-Ragging Cell plays a crucial role in upholding our commitment to maintaining a positive academic environment free from harassment.

The Anti-Ragging Cell conducts regular workshops, seminars, awareness campaigns, and orientation programs to educate students about the harmful effects of ragging and our strict anti-ragging policy. We integrate anti-ragging information into orientation programs for new students to set clear expectations from the outset and effectively communicate the Code of Conduct norms to all stakeholders to ensure a ragging-free campus.
