The Women’s Empowerment Cell is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that empowers female students and promotes gender equality. Recognizing the vital role of women in shaping society, the cell aims to create a platform for awareness, education, and advocacy, enabling women to realize their potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The primary objectives of women empowerment cell:
Promote Gender Equality: Advocate for equal rights and opportunities for women in all areas of life, including education, employment, and personal development.
Enhance Awareness: Educate students about women’s rights, issues, and the importance of gender equality through workshops, seminars, and campaigns.
Skill Development: Provide training and resources to help women acquire essential skills for personal and professional growth, including leadership, communication, and self-defence.
Support and Counselling: Offer a safe space for women to share their experiences, seek guidance, and access resources related to personal and academic challenges.

The Women’s Empowerment Cell organizes a variety of programs and initiatives aimed at achieving its objectives:
Workshops and Seminars: Regular sessions on topics such as career development, mental health, financial literacy, and legal rights to equip students with knowledge and tools for empowerment.
Guest Lectures: Inviting inspiring women leaders and professionals to share their journeys, challenges, and successes, providing role models for students.
Awareness Campaigns: Conducting campaigns on critical issues such as gender-based violence, mental health awareness, and women's health to foster a culture of respect and support.
Support Groups: Establishing peer support networks where female students can connect, share experiences, and provide encouragement to one another.
