Electoral Literacy Club
  • The Electoral Literacy Club aims to improve students' comprehension of the electoral system, advocate for democratic principles, and foster active involvement in democratic processes. Our goal is to inform students about their civic duties, the significance of voting, and how to engage effectively in elections.

    The primary objectives of the Electoral Literacy Club include:
  • Educate students about the electoral process, voter rights, and civic duties.
  • Promote awareness about the importance of participating in elections and democratic practices.
  • Provide resources and support for students to register to vote and engage in political discussions.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops on electoral issues, policies, and candidate platforms.
  • Encourage informed voting and active civic engagement through various activities and initiatives.
  • The Electoral Literacy Club offers a variety of activities and programs designed to inform and engage students about the electoral process and democratic participation. Our initiatives aim to foster a sense of civic responsibility and encourage students to be active participants in their communities:
  • Workshops & Seminars: Host educational workshops and seminars on topics such as voter registration, understanding the ballot, the importance of voting, and navigating the electoral system.
  • Voter Registration Drives: Organize events to assist students with voter registration, ensuring they are informed about how and where to register to vote.
  • Debates & Forums: Facilitate debates and discussion forums on current political issues, policies, and candidate platforms to promote informed decision-making.
  • Election Awareness Campaigns: Launch campaigns to raise awareness about upcoming elections, key issues, and how students can get involved in the electoral process.
  • Civic Engagement Projects: Engage in community service and outreach projects that promote civic responsibility and address local issues.
  • Guest Speakers & Panels: Invite guest speakers, including politicians, electoral experts, and civic leaders, to provide insights and answer questions about the electoral system and democratic engagement.
