General Instructions for NEXPLORA 2025 - Inter School Talent Hunt

1.Reporting Time:

Participants are requested to report at 9:30 AM.

2.Mode of Registration:

Participants can register through Pre-Registration or Spot Registration.

For Pre-Registration, participants are requested to contact the mobile number provided in the NEXPLORA 2025 brochure or visit

www.Naipunnyacollege.ac.in  

3.ID Card Requirement:

Contestants must produce their current valid school ID card at the registration desk. This is mandatory.

In the absence of a school ID card, contestants must provide a letter from the Principal of their school.

4.Participation Limit:

Each team or individual can participate in only one event, as all events are scheduled to take place at the same time.

5.Registration Fees:

There are no registration fees for participating in NEXPLORA 2025.

6.Certificates:

Certificates will be provided to all winners and participants.

7.Lunch Arrangements:

Lunch will be provided to all participants and their accompanying teachers.

8.Overall Trophy Point Calculation:

The Overall Trophy will be awarded based on the total points earned by a school. Points will be calculated as follows:

(Schools earning the highest points will be awarded the Overall Trophy for NEXPLORA 2025.)

9.Judging Criteria:

The decision of the judges will be final and binding for all events.

10.Closing Ceremony:
