UBA (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan) embodies a holistic approach to rural development, integrating education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and environmental sustainability. Naipunnya School of Management's involvement in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is characterized by experiential learning, where students actively engage in field visits, community surveys, and hands-on projects, fostering empathy and understanding towards rural dynamics.

The process villages adopted by our institute which will be sent to DC for adoption under UBA on letter to DC includes the below mentioned villages: Pattanakkad, Cherthala South, Kokkothamangalam, Thanneermukkam North and Cherthala North.
