The program aims to create an interaction between any parts of the higher educational system and industry aiming mainly to encourage knowledge and. technology exchange. This interaction is solidified through the signing of an MoU in instances and this outlines the mutual intentions and responsibilities of the parties involved in a particular project or endeavour. Through clear delineation of roles, responsibilities, and objectives, MoUs help align the efforts of collaborating parties, mitigate risks, and enhance trust.
The primary goal of Synergy is to facilitate increased cooperation between different departments, units, or institutions. This could lead to better communication, coordination, and alignment of efforts towards common goals. Institutions can pool their resources together through collaboration, whether it's sharing expertise, facilities, equipment, or funding.
