The Vidhyarambham induction program is a ceremonial event that marks the initiation of a child into the formal education system. This program is designed to create a positive and auspicious environment for the child's introduction to formal professional learning. Vidhyarambham emphasizes the importance of education in a student’s life and is seen as a sacred and significant step in their journey towards acquiring knowledge and wisdom.

Level of Process
College level
The tradition of the guru holding the child's hand guiding him in writing his first letters so also the Principal of the institute hands over a lighted lamp signifying the light of knowledge to a representative of the newly admitted students who passes on the light to his / her batchmates. This is witnessed by the community of parents and teachers and the ceremony comes to its completion with the singing of the College Anthem by the College Choir symbolizing these students as a part of the Naipunnya family. The students and the parents are reminded of the importance of their cooperation and support in being a Naipunnyan and the students take an oath refusing any drugs or such negative influences. The program comes to a conclusion with the National Anthem followed by the HoDs and class coordinators interacting with the students and parents welcoming them to the Naipunnya fold and passing basic instructions.
Department level
Induction program conducted by the departments where students of that department get an opportunity to learn more about the department and also get to know their teachers as well. Experts of the respective disciplines will be invited for sessions which would help in transitioning the student to a more formal professional educational environment.
Class Level
These orientations are done to help the student understand what the subjects are and what is the expected outcome of learning that particular paper. This is done with the class teacher in the forefront, helping the student to comprehend what is expected of them, not just academically, but etiquette-wise also. This helps the students to understand the environment they are in and also attune their mind to keep up with the academic requirements.
