The primary objective of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for the creation, management, and storage of electronic documents, with a focus on promoting efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and improving information accessibility.
 

This policy ensures a comprehensive approach to digitalization across the document lifecycle. Key to its successful implementation will be the emphasis on training and awareness initiatives, particularly within our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), to encourage the widespread adoption of paperless practices.
