The Institution's commitment to environmental stewardship and operational efficiency is underscored by its strategic shift towards paperless documentation, initiated in June 2023. This transition has marked a significant milestone in embracing digitalisation throughout our operations. The primary objective of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for the creation, management, and storage of electronic documents, with a focus on promoting efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and improving information accessibility.

This policy ensures a comprehensive approach to digitalization across the document lifecycle. Key to its successful implementation will be the emphasis on training and awareness initiatives, particularly within our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), to encourage the widespread adoption of paperless practices. Embracing paperless documentation not only reflects our commitment to sustainability and technological advancement but also positions us to thrive in a landscape where digitalization drives organizational excellence and positive environmental impact. Through collective efforts and a culture of innovation, we are poised to navigate towards a more sustainable and technologically advanced future, leaving a positive imprint on the planet.
